By accessing or using DrawX ("the Service"), operated at getdrawx.com and app.getdrawx.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
DrawX is an AI-powered diagram creation platform that enables users to generate, edit, and export professional diagrams using natural language prompts. The Service uses AI models to interpret user inputs and produce diagram outputs in draw.io format.
To use DrawX, you must create an account using Google OAuth or email/password signup. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Free accounts receive 5 AI diagram generations per calendar month. Unused generations do not roll over.
Paid accounts ("Beta Unlimited") receive unlimited AI diagram generations subject to a reasonable daily fair-use limit. This plan is valid until April 12, 2026, after which pricing may change.
All accounts are subject to fair use policies. Automated, bulk, or abusive usage may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.
Payments are processed through DodoPayments. All purchases are one-time payments and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Pricing is displayed in your local currency based on your region.
You retain ownership of the diagrams you create using DrawX. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs through our AI system to provide the Service.
DrawX, its logo, design, and underlying technology are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
Diagrams generated by AI are provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use in production environments.
You may not use DrawX to:
DrawX is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
